Phone Ordering:
All telephone orders need to be placed between 8am-5pm PST Monday-Friday in order to be sent out same day. Please call 805-473-3377 to place your order!

Instructions for placing phone order:

• Call 805-473-3377 and reference the order to complete payment over the phone

Online Ordering:
Online, Weekend, and After Hour orders, please include credit card information in the “comments box” before submitting the order online.

• Credit Card Information needed:
Name on Card, Billing Address, Card Number, 3 digit VCC number (on back)and Expiration Date

All online orders will be shipped out same day if received before 5pm PST. All orders received after 5pm PST will be shipped out the following business day (excludes Sunday).

Transactions on credit card statements will show up as our parent company “Nature Therapeutics”.
